Music For Me

I’m always hearing tidbits of music that I want to remember to get later. I never have one place to keep note of them. Well, here it is!

Streaming Radio

  • Soma.fm – These guys are out of San Francisco and have grown from a small outfit several years ago to a pretty popular place for lovers of electronic music. My favorites are Groove Salad (the most popular stream with chill beats and grooves) and Secret agent (the second popular with music “for your stylish, mysterious, dangerous life.” They even have an indie rock station which I haven’t really checked out.
  • KCSM – This is the local jazz station in the area. It’s been ok so far but I’m keeping my eye open for an even more awesome jazz station.
  • KQED – This is the local NPR station.
